About the Role

The primary responsibility of our Customer Service Representative is to provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional and effective customer experience
  • Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and identify and interpret parts through the APG enterprise applications
  • Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records
  • Maintain departmental KPI's and focus on continuous improvement

About You

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about the automotive industry, has the right attitude, ability to be adaptable, communicate efficiently, and work well within a team.

Requirements

  • Passionate about customers
  • A service expert with sales experience and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the team's success as well as also work independently
  • Highly motivated driven and self-starter
  • Punctual and reliable with a proactive work ethic
  • A natural problem solver who is solutions focused with sound computer skills
  • Driven by customer satisfaction, which is at the centre of every decision you make
