About the Role
The primary responsibility of our Customer Service Representative is to provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and effective customer experience
- Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and identify and interpret parts through the APG enterprise applications
- Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records
- Maintain departmental KPI's and focus on continuous improvement
About You
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about the automotive industry, has the right attitude, ability to be adaptable, communicate efficiently, and work well within a team.
Requirements
- Passionate about customers
- A service expert with sales experience and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the team's success as well as also work independently
- Highly motivated driven and self-starter
- Punctual and reliable with a proactive work ethic
- A natural problem solver who is solutions focused with sound computer skills
- Driven by customer satisfaction, which is at the centre of every decision you make
