Job Summary:

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for supervising a team of electrical engineers. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing high-quality electrical engineering solutions, including estimates, work plans, and project schedules.

You will provide technical input to procurement requirements and ensure that assigned personnel receive appropriate training and development opportunities.

  • Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies that align with the company's objectives
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in electrical engineering, project management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical engineers
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10-13 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
