Job Role Summary:

The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the customer-facing team, coordinating and supervising store operational functions to support sales growth and maintain a positive store experience.

This key role involves developing the skills and knowledge of the operations team through coaching models and development frameworks, ensuring compliance with core policies and procedures, and supporting management teams to meet administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the capabilities of the operations team
  • Sustain effective administration processes and systems to ensure compliance and consistency across all areas
  • Collaborate with management teams to deliver high-quality services that meet customer needs and expectations
  • Manage the fulfillment of orders across multiple channels, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive store environment through quality merchandising, marketing, and presentation
  • Nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing learning and professional development
