Job Title: Commercial Relationship Manager
DescriptionThe role of a Commercial Relationship Manager involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with major customers, optimising revenue contracts, and identifying opportunities for business growth. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across functions within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Optimise current revenue contracts and identify new opportunities for business growth
- Support the design and development of customer proposals and tender responses
- Negotiate commercial agreements with customers
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Strong commercial experience, preferably in logistics or operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- University qualified in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline
