Leasing Expertise

We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant to join our Sales team in Melbourne CBD on a permanent full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying and nurturing connections for our Vehicle Solutions, providing lease quotations, and assisting with credit applications. Additionally, they will source vehicles, liaise with external dealers, and deliver exceptional customer service to achieve high NPS scores.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, goal-oriented individual with a talent for building relationships and influencing others. As a Leasing Consultant, you will work in a dynamic and supportive sales environment where every day presents an opportunity to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and nurture connections for our Vehicle Solutions
  • Provide lease quotations and assist with credit applications
  • Sources vehicles and liaises with external dealers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve high NPS scores
  • Manage your pipeline effectively through our CRM system
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Meet and exceed KPIs in transactions, customer satisfaction, and compliance
