Water Industry Development Specialist

This two-year role is designed to develop your skills in the water industry.
About the Role- Assist experienced technicians in operating, maintaining, and monitoring water treatment and distribution systems.
- Contribute to providing clean drinking water and effective wastewater and sewage treatment.
- Operate and monitor water treatment facilities to ensure quality meets regulatory requirements.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain water distribution pipelines, pumps, valves, and other equipment.
- Conduct regular testing and analysis of water samples to monitor parameters.
- Science: Chemistry, biology, and environmental science provide fundamental knowledge about water properties, treatment processes, and environmental impacts.
- Maths: Essential for calculations related to water treatment processes.
- Physics: Understanding fluid dynamics, pressure, and energy transfer helps explain equipment functionality.
