Unlocking Opportunities in Waste to Energy Management

About the Role

This mid-senior level position is responsible for leading strategic growth in the emerging waste to energy sector, identifying new business opportunities and forging strategic partnerships.

  • Drive business development initiatives across various stakeholders to deliver future projects and lead on strategic growth for both public and private developments.
  • Apply combined business management and process technical knowledge across all aspects of waste to energy, including development, design, construction, commissioning, and operations & maintenance.

Job Description

Origination Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging market expertise to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Managing bid programs and deliverables, establishing best practices for bid program management.
  • Leading and managing preparations of all tenders for future waste to energy opportunities with both public and private sector clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent, with at least 10 years' experience in the waste to energy industry, including 5 years in senior management roles with business development responsibilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of waste-to-energy processes, technologies, and renewable energy.
  • Detailed knowledge of WTE business financials and models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
