Ground Handling Professional

As a Ground Handling Professional, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of airport ground handling services. Our mission is to provide exceptional service to our clients by delivering consistent and tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading aircraft baggage and cargo in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Sorting and transporting baggage to its designated location.
  • Performing duties in the baggage room to ensure that baggage is processed efficiently.
  • Cleaning aircraft cabins to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Removing and replenishing waste and water as required.
  • Pushing back aircraft using tug driving skills.
  • Operating FMC systems effectively.
  • Manning marshalling operations to ensure safe aircraft movement.
  • Communicating effectively with Aircraft/Tower Control via radio communication.

  • Physical capability to handle passenger baggage and maneuver wheelchairs as required.
  • Valid QLD driver's license (P2 minimum).
  • Fluent English speaker and writer.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 32kg safely.
  • Successful applicants will undergo security/background checks including police check, pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, and dangerous goods training at their own expense prior to commencing training.
