Ramp Agents play a pivotal role in the success of airlines by ensuring seamless aircraft loading and unloading processes. As an Airline Ground Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a range of duties, which may include:

  • Loading and unloading aircraft baggage and cargo.
  • Sorting and transporting baggage.
  • Performing baggage room duties.
  • Cleaning cabins.
  • Removing waste and replenishing water supplies.
  • Pushing back aircraft.
  • Driving tugs.
  • Operating FMC systems.
  • Marshalling aircraft.
  • Maintaining radio communication with Aircraft/Tower Control.

  • You hold a valid QLD driver's license (P2 minimum).
  • You speak and understand fluent English.
  • You have basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • You are physically fit, with the ability to lift up to 32kg.
  • If successful, you will be required to undergo security/background checks, including a police check, pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, and dangerous goods training at your own expense prior to commencing training.
