Expert Workplace Relations Advisor

We are seeking a Specialist Consultant Workplace Relations to provide expert strategic advice on complex employee relations matters across UQ.
- Lead organisational change initiatives ensuring compliance with consultation obligations and successful implementation.
- Develop review HR policies contribute to enterprise bargaining processes including negotiations with unions advocate before external tribunals.
- Design deliver workplace relations training programs build capability in workplace relations matters across UQ.
Relevant qualification Human Resources Law related field extensive experience workplace employee relations required.
Strong knowledge Australian industrial relations framework interpreting enterprise agreements legislation HR policy essential.
- Proven experience conducting workplace investigations providing specialist advice performance conduct ill injured employee matters.
- Excellent communication advisory skills influencing negotiating building credibility all levels organisation.
- Demonstrated capability designing delivering workplace relations training staff managers.
