Industrial Relations Lead

The Senior Workplace Relations Advisor will spearhead complex industrial and workplace relations matters, guiding HR Business Partners and senior leaders through disciplinary processes, investigations, grievances, appeals, and more.
This role will expand on expertise by leading advocacy in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC) and defending claims to WorkCover Qld. The advisor will influence policy, drive resolution of disputes, and contribute to a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace relations and/or employment law, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities, and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
