What You'll Be Doing
  • You'll develop and implement compliance controls post-payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes.
  • As a key liaison between Payroll, IT, and Workday teams, you'll support payroll projects and drive collaboration to achieve our goals.
  • You'll participate in internal and external audits, responding to requests and ensuring zero payroll findings are identified.
  • Working closely with Payroll/People and Finance teams, you'll implement and maintain services and processes in accordance with company policies, practices, laws, and regulatory guidelines.
What's in Your Toolkit
  • You'll have the ability to solve technical and operational problems, evaluating options based on relevant information, resources, and experience.
  • You'll identify and implement efficiencies in payroll accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • You'll work with ADP Payforce, a leading payroll system, and stay up-to-date with taxation, superannuation, and legislative changes related to Payroll Tax and PAYG.
  • You'll ensure compliance with payroll statutory reporting obligations and general ledger reconciliations principles.
