Aquatic Services Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Services Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the management and operation of our swim school and related services and programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the financial performance of the swim school to achieve business goals and targets.
- Lead a team of swimming instructors and support staff to deliver high-quality swim programs and services.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the swim school and attract new customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools and community groups to promote the swim school and its services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including child safety and workplace health and safety.
- Swim Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a swim school or leisure management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and early mornings.
