Aquatic Services Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Services Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the management and operation of our swim school and related services and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial performance of the swim school and related services and programs to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Lead a team of swim instructors and support staff to deliver high-quality swim programs and services.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the swim school and related services and programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local schools and community groups to promote the swim school and related services and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including child safety and workplace health and safety.
Requirements:
  • Swim Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a swim school or leisure management role.
  • Strong business and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
