Aquatic Services Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Services Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the management and operation of our swim school and related services and programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the financial performance of the swim school and related services and programs to achieve the goals and targets set out in the annual business plan.
- Lead a team of swim instructors and support staff to deliver high-quality swim programs and services to our customers.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our swim school and related services and programs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our customers, schools, and community groups.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to the operation of the swim school and related services and programs.
- Swim Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent)
- Previous Swim School or Leisure Supervisor Experience
- Previous experience leading a large casual workforce towards business outcomes
- Demonstrated business and/or marketing experience
- Previous experience leading/reporting/monitoring financial outcomes
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
- Level 2 First Aid and current CPR
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
- Pool operations certificate desirable but not essential
