Key Responsibilities:

  • Become the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and the community – always approachable, professional, and welcoming.
  • Maintain a polished and vibrant lobby, ensuring it reflects the identity of the precinct.
  • Coordinate services such as visitor management, transport bookings, dry cleaning, catering, and local recommendations.
  • Plan and deliver activations, events, and seasonal experiences that build community connection.
  • Support property and facilities teams with inspections, contractor access, and day-to-day coordination.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A confident communicator who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys building rapport.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer experience, or facilities coordination is highly valued.
  • Experience in placemaking/marketing or interest/experience in health and digital innovation will be highly regarded.
