Job Title

An Accounts and NDIS Plan Management Officer role is available in a full-time position working out of our Woolloongabba Head Office.

The purpose of this role is to manage NDIS Plan Management clients, provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance department and undertake special projects as required. This position will work in a close-knit team along with staff at all levels and will provide best practice solutions in a continuous improvement environment.

  • Assist accounts receivable (AR) function including receipting and banking, processing invoices when required.
  • Assist the AR function to contact debtors and provide support to ensure overdue accounts are paid within agreed terms.
  • Assist accounts payable (AP) functions including processing of purchase orders, and invoices when required.

We are seeking an individual with strong accounting skills and experience in finance administration, who can communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage NDIS Plan Management clients.
  • Provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance department.
  • Undertake special projects as required.
