Senior Team Manager

A leading role in employment services, guiding a team to deliver person-centred support and secure meaningful work. The Senior Team Manager will coach the team to achieve outcomes, drive performance, and build partnerships with employers to create inclusive employment opportunities.

This position requires strong leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, and communication. Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support a high-performing team to drive results and foster growth.
  • Develop the team's understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Translate program guidelines into high-quality service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work)
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
