- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate loading and unloading of groceries.
- Communication: Utilize 'sign on glass' technology for all deliveries and maintain effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to manage difficult customer situations.
- Communication Skills: Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 15-20kg), walk and stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
