About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. In this role, you will provide quality care services and implement behaviour strategy supports for clients with complex care requirements.

Your primary focus will be on building rapport with participants and enabling them to reach their goals. This may involve supporting individuals with physical and behavioural conditions, as well as providing emotional support and guidance.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders.

You will also require a current First Aid & CPR Certificate, a Certificate IV in Disability, and a minimum of 12 months experience working with clients with complex care requirements. A valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle is also essential.
