Business Analyst Estimator

As a Technical Services Estimator, you play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by producing accurate cost estimates.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret plans and drawings to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
You are responsible for investigating, resolving, and producing sales costings, preliminary tender costings, and contract costings within set timeframes.
Additionally, you work closely with construction teams to ensure high-level cost control is maintained at all times.
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, enabling you to work effectively in a hybrid office environment.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Producing detailed cost estimates and reports
- Analyzing data and identifying trends and opportunities
