Sales / Production Estimating / Technical Services Estimator

About the role:
The Sales Estimator is accountable for producing all cost estimates required to support the sales process and managing construction costs to ensure profit retention for the business. The Production Estimator is responsible for accurate and precise management of all Production estimates and pricing of expressions and landmark builds to ensure the profit retention of the business.
- Responsible for all sales estimating from pre-sales through to building variations, and the generation of applicable documentation.
- Analyze plans/drawings and documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
- Investigate, resolve and produce sales costings, preliminary tender costings, and contract costings within set timeframes.
- Prepare production estimates on standard and custom designs, including dual occupation sites.
- Produce construction files for supervisor(s) with all relevant onsite documentation to complete the build.
- Develop costings and action variations on jobs that are in pre-site & on-site stages.
- Work with construction to ensure high-level cost control is maintained at all times.
- Manage trade/supplier ETO's to establish better working practices to ensure margin retention.
- Hybrid x3 days office / x2 days remote.
