Site Operations Specialist

The Installation/Glazing Manager will lead an experienced site team, overseeing the installation of facades and glazing for various projects. They will be responsible for managing a team of around 10 installers, organizing workflow, and ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including staff management and process optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the office manager, accounts manager, and commercial estimator to drive business growth.
- Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
