
Diverse Workplace Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly experienced administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.
- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for coordinating and administering training programs.
- You will manage the administration of training programs delivered by our facilitators, field queries related to training programs, and schedule workshops with stakeholders.
- Apart from this, you will also be responsible for diary management for our facilitators panel, regular reporting of training program data, cost management of activities related to training programs, and maintaining training program documentation and workflows.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and scheduling skills. You should be able to manage competing priorities, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and have high accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of training programs delivered by our facilitators.
- Field queries related to training programs and respond accordingly.
- Schedule workshops with stakeholders and manage proposals.
- Diary management for our facilitators panel.
- Regular reporting of training program data.
- Cost management of activities related to training programs.
- Maintaining training program documentation and workflows.
- Designing, analyzing, and reporting training program survey evaluations.

Selection Criteria
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar administrator/coordinator role.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and scheduling/organising skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Survey analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
