Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organised and flexible candidate to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. This role is vital in supporting drivers and coordinating driving operations across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for Coach Captains
  • Solving problems and escalating where appropriate
  • Coordinating support services for breakdowns, injuries and other situations
  • Making decisions on routes and passenger changes
  • Managing compliance with legislative requirements
  • Logging incidents and checking driver logbooks
  • Monitoring and changing rosters and coach movements

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the coach, transport or logistics industry
  • Experience in logistics or transport roles
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage challenging situations and handle pressure
  • Sound communication skills and a strong customer focus

Working Hours

The role sits on a rotating roster of 4 days on and 4 days off. Shifts are 12 hours, rotated equally throughout the team.
