Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description:This is a dynamic and exciting role that plays a critical part in our hiring process. As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging with top talent to fill open positions.
Key Responsibilities:- Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Post job openings on various platforms and engage with applicants.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure candidate records are up-to-date.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a staffing or sourcing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal staff and external candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Personable, optimistic, and fearless attitude when engaging with new people.
- Definition of GRIT - passion and perseverance to accomplish long-term goals.
