We're seeking a highly skilled Music Licensing Representative to play a key role in our music licensing strategy.

This individual will work closely with the Director, Licensing to achieve overall business and team goals.

Key responsibilities include researching and identifying potential sync opportunities for our repertoire, negotiating and securing sync licenses, building relationships with music supervisors and creative agencies, and managing rights clearance and agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of music licensing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for music.

They'll be immersed across the music and entertainment industries, collaborating with all departments to secure licensing opportunities.

  • Research and identify potential sync opportunities for our repertoire.
  • Negotiate and secure sync licenses for use in scripted TV shows, films, documentaries, and other media.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with music supervisors, networks, production companies, and creative agencies.
  • Partner with Legal & Business Affairs local team and international licensing affiliates to ensure proper rights clearance.
  • Collaborate with artists, managers, and internal teams to source and develop opportunities.

A degree in Music Business, Entertainment, or a related field is required, along with 3+ years of experience in Music Licensing.

The successful candidate will be highly responsive, service-oriented, and organized with exceptional attention to detail.
