Cloud Platform Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and management of our cloud-based platform operation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading engineering teams working in cloud technology, with a strong software development capability and a background as a hands-on software engineer who has developed into a lead/senior manager role across cloud platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated experience in managing complex systems and infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to articulate new ways of working and influence teams in adopting it.
- Ability to negotiate at a senior level on a wide range of issues and subjects.
- Understanding of event/data management products, especially those supporting event-driven architectures.
- Proven ability to drive engineering capability, quality uplift, and deliver outcomes.
