  • Raise purchase orders and receipt goods after project completion
  • Add operational resources to projects for time sheeting
  • Upload and download claims in our internal system
  • Support the Construction Project Team with administrative tasks, including safety, environment, quality, and community
  • Establish and maintain project/site office workspaces with office supplies and equipment
  • Maintain site records
  • Organize team meetings and event logistics
  • Perform other general project administration duties
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administration experience
  • Experience with Ineight Systems is desirable
  • Recent work experience on construction projects is desirable
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • White Card
  • Driver's License is desirable
