Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Proven experience in gathering requirements and producing high-quality documentation is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting comprehensive requirements, documenting workflows, managing small-scale projects, and analyzing data to guide decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and objectives, and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation of processes, systems, and project deliverables.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Project Co-ordination: Manage small to medium-sized technical projects, working closely with the Revenue Systems team to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements and producing high-quality documentation.
  • Experience coordinating technical projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems with minimal oversight.
  • Familiarity with common RevOps systems such as CRM, Marketing Automation, CPQ/Billing, CX etc.
