Physiotherapist - Inner West Sydney

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Inner West Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients in the community.
Your Responsibilities- Assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and programs
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of services
- Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
- Postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community
- Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and independently
