Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Infringement Review Officer.

About the Role: The Infringement Review Officer is responsible for determining outcomes to written infringement review objections submitted by customers, conducting investigations on each case, preparing high-quality responses in writing, and providing advice or further explanation over the phone. The role is guided by our organisation's policies and procedures.
