We are looking for a dedicated individual to enhance our vibrant team, working either Full Time or Part Time. This position is fast-paced, and your primary responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for clients – delivering outstanding customer service to clients, colleagues, and referring veterinarians
- Managing incoming calls
- Facilitating internal and external email correspondence
- Coordinating appointment scheduling
- Maintaining precise client records
- Overseeing postal and courier services
- Processing payments and finalizing transactions
- Conducting daily account reconciliations
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
