Travel and Expense Management Role

We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as a Travel and Expense Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and updating of travel and expense guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide service and industry updates, training, and relevant communications
  • Assist with internal policy and process guidance for travellers and travel bookers
  • Manage the development and updating of travel and expense guidance and/or policy as required
  • Manage internal intranet travel and expense pages
  • Monitor shared inboxes, prioritize, and distribute operational enquiries to appropriate areas either within the business or externally to the travel management supplier
  • Work closely with the category business owner on process improvements, category management strategies, and other ad-hoc projects
  • Manage simple and complex change management processes across the business
  • Ensure accuracy of travel and expense services related detail on all internal systems as required
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risk across the category while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory governance requirements
