Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all aspects of outlet operations are running smoothly.

  • Assist management with the planning and execution of daily operations
  • Ensure all food and beverages served meet brand standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Develop strong communication skills to handle guest concerns and feedback
  • Proactively resolve issues and turn them into opportunities for growth
  • Be a trusted contact for guests, assisting with any queries or needs
  • Maximize revenue through promotion and upselling, while training colleagues
  • Assist in developing and implementing training plans for Food and Beverage staff
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation for food handling
  • Foster a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests and resolving complaints
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of related experience, preferably as a team leader or supervisor
  • A genuine passion for food and excellent culinary skills
  • Valid Victorian RSA and Food Safety Certificate, as required by law
  • Full working rights in Australia without restrictions
