As a Scheduling Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly and professionally to client and family inquiries, providing information with empathy and ensuring every interaction is positive and supportive.
- Developing and nurturing meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and our care team. Building trust and confidence in our services by fostering a client-focused, person-centred approach.
- Efficiently overseeing staff and client scheduling to ensure optimal care delivery. Adapting and responding to changing needs, balancing staff availability with clients' care requirements to maintain high-quality standards and continuity of care.
- Scheduling Experience: Skilled in managing complex schedules and workloads.
- Client-Centric: Genuine commitment to client-first service.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in scheduling.
- Tech-savvy: Quick to learn new systems and software.
- Compliance: Current National Police Clearance.
- Team Player: Collaborative with a focus on organisational goals.
