Work Health Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Work Health and Safety professional to drive our safety culture. As a WHS Business Partner, you will collaborate with leadership to foster a workplace free from hazards.
What You Will DoAs a key member of our team, you will:
- Develop and implement innovative WHS strategies to promote ownership and engagement across the organization.
- Manage and resolve complex WHS issues through effective investigations and assessments.
- Build partnerships across the organization to identify and mitigate risks.
You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Who We Are Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a WHS Business Partner or equivalent.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- A strong understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and practices.
