We are seeking a dedicated Work Health Specialist to collaborate with our leadership team in driving a proactive safety culture.

This role involves coaching and supporting the development of innovative and effective Work Health Solutions (WHS) approaches, building ownership and engagement across all levels of the organisation.

The successful candidate will assess and anticipate WHS related risks and issues through partnerships across the organisation, leading to improved work health outcomes and a safer working environment.

">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Develop and implement robust WHS strategies and programs that align with organisational goals and objectives.">
  • Conduct thorough investigations into WHS incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.">
  • Maintain accurate records of WHS activities, incidents, and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.">

  • A degree or diploma in Work Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Health, or a related field.">
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective WHS solutions.">

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential WHS risks.">
