We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Livestock Career Development Program.

This 24-month program is designed for top talent to gain valuable experience in all aspects of the Livestock industry. Participants will be involved in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on-the-job training, and have mentors assigned to provide ongoing support.

As part of this program, you will work in both saleyard and branch environments, being mentored and guided by experienced livestock employees and leaders. You will learn effective selling and relationship building techniques, as well as acquire business skills such as compliance, sales, and client relationship building.

  • Auctioneering
  • Wool technical and market requirements
  • Emerging technology

In addition, you will demonstrate strong negotiation abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program.

You will also need to meet certain eligibility criteria, including having completed Year 12 and worked successfully for a minimum of 24 months within the Agricultural industry. Additionally, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident.
