**Job Title:** Pursuit and Bid Coordinator

  • Overview: This role is responsible for leading and managing bids across a designated state or country, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy.
  • Main Responsibilities: Manage multiple specific tender processes of varying scale and complexity, including bid scheduling, compliance, and document production. Provide proactive support to business development decisions and analyze bid performance metrics.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record in bidding, including scheduling and production. Strong proofing and content development skills. Excellent internal influencing and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (desirable).
