Bids & Pursuit Manager

As Pursuit & Bids Manager, you'll take the lead on high-profile pursuits and tenders across the state/country, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical experts. You'll coordinate multiple bids of varying scale and complexity, ensuring every submission is sharp, strategic, and client-focused.
- Leading and managing the full bid lifecycle, from strategy and scheduling through to production and submission
- Driving consistency, compliance, and quality across all pursuits
- Partnering with teams to shape win strategies and support client-facing initiatives
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing best practice to lift performance across the function
- Analysing bid outcomes to improve processes and success rates
We're looking for a proven bids specialist with:
- 6+ years' experience leading bids and pursuits within a professional services environment (legal, accounting, property, engineering)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills
- Excellent influencing and relationship-building abilities
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
