We are seeking a skilled Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our team. This role involves facilitating the successful execution of clinical trials, planning, organizing and executing trials according to protocols and regulatory guidelines.
The primary responsibilities include reviewing key clinical study documentation, designing and preparing key study and source documentation, maintaining Investigator Site files, and liaising with vendors to ensure all study requirements and responsibilities are effectively communicated and executed.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, effective time management, well-developed written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with a range of people.
This position also requires a high level of emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to work accurately and apply strong attention to detail.
You will have tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant training and experience, current Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification, and a proven background in clinical research with a minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience within the clinical research industry in similar roles.
Key performance indicators for this role include ensuring sponsor/CRO milestones are adhered to, efficient execution of clinical trials, and monitoring of trial progress.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be proactive and able to work independently, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
