The Role & The Team

We're seeking an EPMO Coordinator to support P3M frameworks across transformation and sustainment capital portfolios. This role involves working closely with project delivery specialists to embed best practices that empower project communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain toolkit templates, standards, and procedures.
  • Manage governance registers and ensure data consistency.
  • Create SharePoint content for the EPMO Standards and Capability site.
  • Support the development of the EPMO Centre of Excellence, including document and content libraries.
The Ideal Candidate

Experience in PMO or project delivery environments. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent planning, organisational, and time management abilities. Clear communication and ability to follow procedures.

P3O, PRINCE2, Project Management, or service delivery certifications are beneficial. We value diversity and encourage applications from diverse groups. Security Clearance: Australian Citizenship or Permanent residency required.
