Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Contract Manager to join our team.

This role is responsible for establishing and managing contracting arrangements with capable suppliers to deliver cost, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.

The successful candidate will lead the supplier evaluation process, support sourcing recommendations, and finalise supplier agreements, subcontracts, and purchase orders in accordance with set procedures.

The Procurement Contract Manager will also conduct all subcontract-related matters, including progress claims, payment valuations, warranties, notices, variations, and contract amendments.

  • Lead commercial subcontract meetings to facilitate agreement of contractual changes while adhering to all timeframes, SHE, quality, risk, and budget delivery.
  • Act as the interface with the Commercial Manager to ensure alignment between the Head Contract with the customer and the subcontracts.

The ideal candidate will have prior defence experience, completion of Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), and strong commercial/legal skills and acumen with a proven capability in contract negotiation and contract management.
