Wellness Content Specialist

Elevate a wellness expert's online presence by engaging and guiding content creators to produce high-quality content around NDIS allied health services. We are seeking an experienced Wellness Content Specialist to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our expertise in disability support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate and onboard content creators specialising in NDIS-related allied health services, ensuring clinical accuracy and credibility.
  • Develop a content strategy that includes topic ideation, editorial calendar management, and SEO planning tailored to families, caregivers, and professionals.
  • Maintain the highest standards of client-centricity, evidence-based practices, and best practices in disability support.
  • Craft engaging and respectful content on sensitive topics, reflecting our commitment to accessibility and inclusivity.
  • Analyse engagement metrics, reader feedback, and SEO performance to refine content direction and drive business results.
  • Maintain branding consistency across all content channels.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content strategy, editorial curation, or communications in health, allied health, disability, or mental health sectors.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS, speech therapy, OT, psychology, or child development, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting.
  • A portfolio of published content demonstrating a balance of accessibility and clinical credibility.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to assess writer/creator expertise and ensure clinical accuracy, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
