Health Content Specialist

Elevate the narrative of a wellness expert's blog by curating high-quality content. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and guiding experienced creators to produce insightful, accessible, and evidence-backed content around NDIS allied health services, with a special focus on child development, mental wellbeing, and occupational therapy.
Responsibilities:- Curate and onboard content creators, including writers, therapists, and strategists specializing in NDIS-related allied health.
- Guide content strategy, including topic ideation, editorial calendar management, and SEO planning tailored to families, caregivers, and professionals.
- Ensure credibility: All content must be evidence-based, client-centric, and reflective of best practices in disability support.
- Collaborate with creators to craft blog posts, guides, articles, and resource materials that are reader-friendly and respectful of sensitive topics.
- Audit performance: Analyze engagement, reader feedback, and SEO metrics to refine content direction and ensure alignment with audience needs.
- Act as the quality gatekeeper, ensuring all content aligns with branding, tone, and clinical accuracy.
- Experience in content strategy, editorial curation, or communications—especially in health, allied health, disability, or mental health sectors.
- Strong understanding of NDIS, speech therapy, OT, psychology, or child development.
- Portfolio of published content or projects that balance accessibility with clinical credibility.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to assess writer/creator expertise and ensure clinical accuracy.
