Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a global brand and provide exceptional client service.

Your primary responsibilities will include administering trustee activities in accordance with policies and procedures, developing a sound understanding of legal, regulatory, and operational frameworks, and managing payments with internal and external custodians.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining operational relationships with allocated clients, ensuring working knowledge of all clients owned by the team, and completing ad-hoc projects as required.

In addition, you will assist with the maintenance of data in compliance management systems, manage finance matters including debtors, expenses, and billing, and prepare board reporting packs/memos.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have excellent client management skills and experience, reasonable knowledge of fund structures, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

A strong attention to detail and ideal 2 years' experience in Financial Services or related experience are also required. A Law/Business/Accounting/Economics degree is preferred.
