**How will I Help?**
As the Procurement Specialist (Trustee Transformation) you will be responsible for the delivery of a new standalone outsourcing framework for the BT Financial Group. You will partner with key stakeholders, including Senior Executives, Office of the Trustee and Board, on all matters related to outsourcing transformation. In addition, you will support a strong agile and delivery mindset culture that embodies our values and behaviours, balancing regulatory, commercial and member needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Undertake a gap analysis across the existing outsourcing framework and assess these findings in conjunction with existing known improvements forming a recommendation on change.
- Lead and deliver the required changes across the outsourcing framework, which will require strong written communication to draft and develop new policies and processes.
- Proactively supporting project management of this transformation program to meet key milestones and regulatory commitments.
- Successfully roll out and imbed the new outsourcing framework with key stakeholders.
- Implement procurement processes, policies, controls, tools, and systems that support the outsourcing of business activity across Superannuation, Investments, Platforms & Operations.

**What do I need?**
- Experienced procurement professional with strong banking/ financial services / wealth management / transformation experience.
- End to end procurement process knowledge.
- Experience in policy analysis and development.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
