Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Client Managers to oversee all trusts activities, ensuring seamless execution of trustee obligations and operational tasks.
  • Effective management of payments with internal and external custodians, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of key scheme documents, including filing and archiving in accordance with policy requirements.
  • Assisting in the administration of finance matters, including debtors, expenses, and billing across the client management team.
  • Monitoring and completing compliance requirements for allocated clients/funds, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
About You

We seek an individual with:

  • A degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience within Financial Services, Funds Management, or Custody Operations.
  • A firm interest in investment administration/investment operations.
  • A solid understanding of corporate trust and fund structures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
