Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the warehouse staff, you will be responsible for managing stock movement through our automated Warehouse Management System, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Manage inventory levels, receive and despatch goods, and coordinate pick & pack operations.
  • Assist with cycle counts, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including lifting up to 20kgs, and contribute to a safe working environment.

About You:

The ideal candidate has prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing combined with excellent customer service skills. You must be reliable, self-motivated, and willing to work as part of a dynamic team.

A Forklift licence is advantageous, and successful applicants will undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and require contactable work references.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 20kgs and work at heights (if required)
  • Forklift licence an advantage
